This position is a half-time assistantship, covering half tuition up to 10 credits per semester at 8 hr/week. The Masters level annual stipend is $5,739 for 2 years and the Doctorate level annual stipend is $6,555 for 3 years. Video auditions are welcome (must also schedule a virtual interview).
Responsibilities vary depending on the strength of the applicant & needs of the studio. They may include Percussion Ensemble coaching, running sectionals, overseeing instrument maintenance & inventory, and assisting with Percussion Techniques class, among others.
